These Terms govern your use of Glasswave (the “Service”), operated by Kieu Manh. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Glasswave turns documents into natural-sounding audio (text-to-speech), transcribes audio into text (speech-to-text), and lets you read and listen to your content across web and mobile.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
3. Acceptable use
- You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload, convert, or transcribe.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or resell it without permission.
- Do not use generated voices to impersonate or mislead, or in ways that violate others' rights.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you (e.g. extract text, generate audio, produce transcripts). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
5. Plans, credits & billing
- Glasswave offers a free tier, subscriptions (billed monthly or yearly), and one-time credit packs.
- Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription credit allowances reset each billing cycle; one-time pack credits do not expire.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with the payment provider's policy and applicable law.
6. AI output
Synthesized speech and transcripts are generated by automated models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service is provided to assist you; please review output before relying on it for important purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or logos.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet your requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glasswave and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
